To access certain features of Migolearn, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

Permitted Use: You may use Migolearn for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, including accessing study materials, generating AI-powered study tools, and participating in community discussions.

Prohibited Use: You may not: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use the Service to distribute spam or malicious content; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the platform; (e) share your account credentials with others; (f) use AI-generated content for academic dishonesty.

Migolearn uses artificial intelligence to generate study materials, including MCQs, summaries, flashcards, mind maps, and other educational content.

Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided as a study aid and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should always verify AI-generated content against your official course materials.

Academic Integrity: You are responsible for using AI-generated content ethically. Submitting AI-generated content as your own original work may violate your university's academic integrity policies.

Migolearn is not responsible for any academic consequences resulting from improper use of AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Migolearn. By uploading content, you grant Migolearn a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and use the content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright.

Copyright Notice: You must not upload copyrighted materials (such as textbooks or paid resources) without permission from the copyright holder. Migolearn reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright laws.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of user-uploaded content.

When participating in Migolearn community features (Q&A, discussions, forums), you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in all interactions

• Not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

• Not share personal information of others without their consent

• Not engage in bullying, harassment, or intimidation

• Not promote commercial products or services (spam)

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these community guidelines.

The Migolearn platform, including its design, logos, Migo mascot, code, features, and original content, is owned by Migolearn and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

The "Migolearn" name, logo, and Migo mascot are trademarks of Migolearn. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Certain features of Migolearn may require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and billing terms are detailed on our pricing page.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your payment card details directly.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are subject to our refund policy.

Migolearn is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migolearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Sri Lanka.
